The business needs included automatic the manual process of delivery operations, that was causing delays, ineffectiveness, and customer dissatisfaction.
The major challenge being faced by the client was lack of visibility due to manual process, where they were facing issues in order management, routing, driver allocation, tracking statuses. This was in-turn affecting the customer retention.
We proposed a fully functional platform, including website, mobile applications and a fully equipped Admin Panel with visually appealing, and user friendly interface, that can allow online and easy order management (by customer), automatic driver allocation, order routing and multiple order assignment, and a fully functional GPS-based real-time tracking for deliveries, allowing customers to track their shipments in real-time through a mobile app or website.

The implementation included a real-time tracking based on GPS devices linked to vehicles, and a fully functional Customer and Driver side application for automating the delivery process. The admin panel is further equipped with automatic driver allocation, order routing and multiple order assignment for reducing the running cost. The applications, website and admin panel collectively provides a fully functional communication system where customers, drivers and support team can connect with each other to facilitate the support system.
The client was delivered with a high quality product that provided them increase in 70% of operational efficiency and reducing the running costs by more than 25% within the first 3 months.
