The business needs included our client to create a portal for premium product listings and advertising for English and Arabic customers.
The major challenge that such an application can face is poor application navigation, that can lead to high bounce rate, along with an imperfect ad interface, that can mislead users to a wrong a product listing and the related advertisement.
We proposed a fully functional classified advertising platform, including website and mobile applications with visually appealing, and user friendly interface, that can allow customer to create a perfect advertisement for their premium products. The product also supported accurate advertisement listings according to user’s preference. The whole system was also backed up by a enhanced real-time communication network where the customers can directly connect with the advertiser for the product details and any related concerns.

The implementation included enhanced user engagement features such as customised advertisements, personalised recommendations, In App Messaging, localisation (English, Spanish and Arabic), along with selection from various subscription plans for marketing campaigns and can test those under a free trial period before enrolling.
The client was delivered with a high quality product that allowed them to increase the customer engagement by 65%, user retention for 80% and a revenue growth for over 40%.
