The business needs a leading event management company to efficiently organize and manage events and replace the errored existing manual process.
The major challenges being faced were manual processes, limited engagement, and data. The existing manual event management processes were inefficient, and lead to delays, errors, and increased administrative overhead that lead to limited engagement options, and reduced attendee satisfaction. Also, the related event data such as attendees, preferences, and feedback were also scattered.
We proposed a fully functional event planning platform where client would be able to plan event and register attendees for an effort less event management experience. Further the system will also allow user engagement features sucha s live polls, QnA sessions, feedback mechanism. The collected data was used for data analytics for attendees preferences and behaviours along with event promotion under various subscription plans.

The implementation included a collaborated system including website and applications where creators can manage events and customers were able to see the events based on their GPS location, and other event category preferences.The application was fully equipped with the data analytics features and a detailed feedback mechanism to improve the quality of events. The application also had a sharing feature where users were able to share the events they are attending with their connections.
The client was delivered with an end product as a streamlined event management product that allowed various users to collaborate at the same time including customers, event creators, and the event management company.Further the complete system was very much praised by the customer for a smooth event flow and feedbacks.
