The business needs included our client to establish an online marketplace for online customer engagement and boost the overall revenue.
The major challenge being faced by the client was customer engagement along with the inefficient management of the inventory, and order process via phone/whatsapp, leading to instances of inaccurate product listings, and out-of-stock products.
We proposed a fully functional eCommerce platform, including website and mobile applications with visually appealing, and user friendly interface, that can allow online customer engagement, along with a state-of-the-art inventory management system to ensure accurate product listings and availability. The whole system was also backed up by a enhanced customer support program with a live chat feature and improved post-purchase communication to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
